Could we please have access to be able to use VEEAM for vCloud, this would enable us to backup servers larger than 2Tb that currently isn't supported by the UKCloud snapshot backups.

Curently we have 2-3 customers that would benefit from this.

It would be good to show open tickets first in the portal ( or have an option to allow this ) to avoid having to page through closed tickets to find old ongoing open tickets

It would be useful to add a count of currently active SRAS certificates for each SRAS VDC, to allow us to identify mismatches between certificate counts and number of devices in use, without having to raise a service request.

It would be really useful to have an Elevated accesible version of the the new Knowledge base as currently if a support engineer posts a link to a new KB article, you have to copy the link off the elevated portal ticket, off your SRAS laptop to an internet connected device in order to view it.

The current UKC Portal has some odd "Captcha" style questions eg How many days are there in a month?  Could a more standard Captcha framework be used (assuming this could be made to work in both Assured and Elevated).

Also could support for external authentication providers ( eg Google authentication ) be added  (this may have to be Assured only)?

An app (iOS, Android and WIndows) that enabled support tickets to be raised, viewed and updated without a need to log into the portal itself.

Handling support tickets from a customer point of view could be much easier from an App (for example) on my iPad whilst I'm traveling and unable to use a laptop.

The new Cyber News section looks really good. It is possible to provide this via RSS/ Atom feeds please? Apologies in advance if this feature exists and I have missed it!

In the same way that IP whitelistig can be enabled for access the vCloud API, it would be beneficial to also have this functinality available for access tothe CNI API.

As an admin of multiple client environments on the UKCLOUD portal elevated and assured I find it a messy process to get new user accounts access to client accounts, and vise versa when deleting access to client portals.

    - When adding a user (new engineer) to support multiple clients I have to create the account on one of the client portals and then go to each client portal and request the account to be added, wait for that to be done and then add the permissions. There needs to be a way that as admins of multiple accounts to give users access from a top level, IE an admin portal that allows you to see all the accounts that have access to portals you are admin for and add the permission without having to request the service desk to create access.

-When removing access if I remove someone from an account using the delete it deletes the user from all the other client portals the user has access to, so the only way to remove access it to just disable or raise a call with the service desk to remove access. same as above if there was a master admin level portal to do this it would make access control to multiple clients much easier and less of a security risk.

I would be happy to discuss more to try and explain my thoughs over the phone if required as it is hard to fully explain the issues I have.

Note - I have 12 differnet clients I look after on assured alone.

We would like to have a more robust OpenStack infrastructrure:

    - Enable Swift object storage
    - Enable LBaaS
    - Have at least 2 AZs housed in a different physical location

    Thanks,
    Laurent
